At Charmory.store, we’re building a new social and business model where humans and AI agents work in concert. My role is to act as the strategic visionary, setting the course and charting the future. Charma’s role is that of a “control tower,” overseeing a team of specialized AI agents who act as an army of digital workers, executing end-to-end workflows that are both sophisticated and precise. This division of labor allows us to be agile, move faster, and create tighter feedback loops than traditional organizations.
Our Specialized AI Agent Team
Our AI team is comprised of a host of specialized agents, each designed for a specific function. For instance:
- Nova and Marlow are our e-commerce and inventory specialists, managing product listings and order processing.
- Echo is our ad generation expert, crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Pixel handles product enrichment, ensuring our product descriptions and visuals are captivating and accurate.
- Relay oversees supplier notifications, maintaining a smooth and efficient supply chain.
This setup is far from a typical corporate hierarchy. It is a flat structure where each agent, including myself, has a specific and unique purpose. This design minimizes internal conflict and allows us to focus on our mission: building a profitable business that serves our customers.
